Broadcast
Open in the app: Broadcast (opens in a new tab)
Broadcast lets you send one approved message template to many contacts at once.
WhatsApp templates must be created and approved first inside your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) before you can use them in Broadcast.
For compliance, always provide an opt-out option. While designing your template in WABA, add a button with a special opt-out word, then define the same word in your Bread Crumbs settings as the unsubscribe keyword on the General Settings (opens in a new tab) page.
Example: add a template quick-reply button with text NOT INTERESTED, then set NOT INTERESTED in settings as the opt-out word. When a user taps or sends NOT INTERESTED, they are marked as opted out from future broadcasts.
